Getting financing therefore becomes the single biggest obstacle to moving from the developer’s vision, to construction, to completion, and finally to an open, operating, and successful development.

Bob is an experienced commercial real estate developer, college professor and attorney licensed in Texas, specializing in health care related development projects. Now living in San Antonio, Bob and his wife of more than twenty years, Cindy have two children-daughter Ashley and son Trey.
